My Story

My journey into travel began at the top of a mountain.

For ten years I was the General Manager of Breathtaker Hotel & Spa in the Victorian Alps — one of Australia's most celebrated luxury alpine properties. I learned that truly exceptional experiences aren't built from beautiful rooms and fine linen alone. They're built from the details no one notices until they're missing — the early check-in because you've driven six hours, the dietary need remembered from your last stay, the view that's been quietly reserved for you.

That decade taught me what luxury really means. And it taught me that the best travel is inclusive travel — where every guest feels genuinely seen and cared for, regardless of ability, age, or circumstance.

That belief became personal when my own family's experience navigating travel with disability showed me how much the industry still had to get right. I became a board member with Disabled Wintersport Australia — not as a box to tick, but because I believe accessible adventure should be available to everyone.

I bring to every journey the same standard of care I held as a luxury hotel GM for a decade — and a deep personal commitment to inclusive travel, shaped by my board role with Disabled Wintersport Australia and my own family's story.
