Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to your use of wonderluxetravel.com.au and anything you buy from Wonderluxe Travel.

  • Delivery: guides are PDF downloads, emailed to you after payment. If yours hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then email us.

  • Personal use: each guide is for your own travel planning. Please don't share, resell or republish it. Copyright remains with Wonderluxe Travel.

  • Accuracy: our guides are researched carefully and carry a "correct at time of writing" date. Programs, prices and facilities change, so always confirm details with the provider before you travel. Where we couldn't confirm something, the guide says so.

Digital guides

Because guides are delivered instantly as digital files, we don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a guide is faulty, won't download, or is significantly different from its description, email rachel@wonderluxetravel.com.au within 30 days of purchase and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.

Refunds on guides

Travel bookings are arranged through Travelglobe, ATAS accredited. Each booking is subject to Travelglobe's booking terms and the supplier's own terms, including deposits, cancellation fees and refund rules, which we'll give you before you pay.
